Initial rebase has been submitted to Igalia:

I am following back the branch naming standard coming from webOS, showing the baseline submission from webOS OSE (in this case submissions/10).

Though it already launches, and window is shown, contents are white. This is because we still need the adaptation of wam to the new splash screen code (landed in a submission after our current baseline for marlin).
