Add a new image that is based on Qt default image, but providing WAM as web applications runtime, and providing a web browser.

This will be done when:

• The image recipes are done, and when building the image, it compiles web browser and WAM.
• WAM is launched on boot.

It is not expected to launch web applications at the end of this task, just being able to run WAM. Fixing it to run applications with new application framework will be done later.
