applaunchd switching to launcher creates a process/instance of launcher

      So I'm not really sure this is actually a bug. I suppose this is because launcher is actually part of the session, but when adding a .desktop file and attempt to switch to the launcher it ssems that applaunchd is not aware of it being already started:
