Can I merge R-Car H3/M3 with KF DRGB-HDMI port workaround into agl-bsp

Description
R-Car H3 and M3 with KF environment has two HDMI display port, one of the HDMI port directly out form SoC, another one of the DRGB-HDMI port using ADV7513.
In DRGB-HDMI port has resolution issue. That can use under 1920x1080@30fps. On the other hand, IC reference environment want to use 1920x720@60fps or 1920x1080@60fps.
If I use these resolution, displaying image will break.

This patch require to modify in kernel source code not only dtb.
In other R-Car Gen3 AGL official board such as h3sk/m3sk without KF and refhw was not using DRGB display output.
