Update reference hardware BSP for Renesas BSP v5.5.0

Description

The AGL reference hardware BSP in meta-agl-refhw needs to be updated for the changes in the Renesas BSP v5.5.0 release, the big one being the switch to a 5.10 kernel.  As well, there will need to be some changes to the machine template in meta-agl.
