Tested waltham-transmitter and waltham-receiver application with agl-compositor with h/w gstreamer pipeline.

Added "gst-pipeline=appsrc name=src ! videoconvert ! video/x-raw,format=I420 ! omxh264enc ! rtph264pay ! udpsink name=sink host=10.31.7.34 port=5005"  and "mode=1080x1488" in transmitter.cfg

Transmitter side fails with error: 

[03:07:01.741] gst: Error: omxh264enc-omxh264enc3: GStreamer encountered a general supporting library error.

Receiver side pipeline: 
 udpsrc port=5005 caps="application/x-rtp,media=(string)video,clock-rate=(int)90000,encoding-name=(string)H264,payload=(int)26,width=1488,height=1080" ! rtpjitterbuffer ! rtph264depay ! h264parse config-interval=1  disable-passthrough=true ! omxh264dec ! waylandsink
note: For this version gstreamer1.0-omx doesn't build by default. I build and install manually following component:gstreamer1.0-omx, kernel-module-mmngr kernel-module-mmngrbuf kernel-module-uvcs-drv kernel-module-vspmif
