H.264 decoding using HW decoder does not work on Renesas

      Despite https://docs.automotivelinux.org/en/master/#0_Getting_Started/2_Building_AGL_Image/5_3_RCar_Gen_3/#11-supplementary-information mentions that

      MACHINE_FEATURES_append = " multimedia"

      and

      DISTRO_FEATURES_append = " h264dec_lib"

      should

      This provides package group of plug-ins of the GStreamer, multimedia libraries and kernel drivers.

      Still, command

      gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=filename.mp4 ! qtdemux ! queue ! h264parse ! omxh264dec ! waylandsink

      fails due to missing qtdemux. In addition omxh264dec is missing too.
