Integrated logging solution

Description

In containerized environment, can't collect all of the log by systemd-jounal.
GENIVI Dlt already support systemd-jounal log collection a d muliti node.

Current AGL does not integrated GENIVI dlt. Need to add GENIVI dlt support to meta-agl-core.
