[WAM] Switching between applications make some of them freeze

      This happens with  current master. I was able to replicate it rpi4, but not on qemu, so there are some races, sort of races happening. The show, hide process happening in WAM/Chromium84 seems to update the surface contents (there are no wayland protocol messages happening).
