HMI will need to implement full support of re-display running App

Surface issue due to mixer app failure happened with RC4 and master. RC3 was fine.

Confirmed that if an application die the entire system is unusable.

See joined debug log (see attached file crash.log).

  Mixer dies first and then the system is blocked.

When registering a context , we can add a callback (see afb_req_context_set(req, pClientCtx, TerminateClientContext)

If an app dies, the surface remains and cannot be reclaimed.  The client session close should handle that.
