Bundle multiple webapp sources in the same widget for the client-shell

      As we're re-using the same URL path like

      /usr/bin/web-runtime http://localuser–NUMBER:PORT/index.html 

      we're going to need to modify that path dynamically, by using the client shell entries, specifically the src XML tag, detailed in SPEC-3962. 

      For that to work we need to bundle both background and panel applications in the same directory.
