packagegroup-agl-core-boot seems to have originally been copied from the oe-core packagegroup-core-boot, but has not been updated over the years as the upstream original changed.  Given the AGL changes are relatively minor, a rationalization to remove the duplicated (and stale) dependencies and reduce maintenance by leveraging upstream seems warranted.
