Create Production Requirement SPEC.

We will create a production requirements document based on the Basesystem which we have already contributed. We believe that by creating this requirements document, we can show what is required in in-vehicle production. As a next step, we believe that it's necessary for each OEM to extract requirements from this document as a reference.
Production Requirements are needed for AGL because AGL can be used by mainly OEM so the requirements are satisfied.
