The browser application had been removed from the image, as it was left pending on fixing the chromium-browser-service after the dependency on the deprecated runxdg was removed as part of https://jira.automotivelinux.org/browse/SPEC-3497 here https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/c/AGL/meta-agl/+/25152

In order to have back the full browser webapp, the service has to be restored to use the new Chromium version, and the app-id configuration changes on launcher and homescreen should be including the app-id to show it again.
