Older recipes in meta-iot-cloud should be masked

The meta-iot-cloud layer unconditionally added by the agl-demo feature has a few recipes that are duplicates of recipes in meta-oe and meta-python, but older versions.  With the current layer priorities they override the newer upstream versions, which is undesirable.  The conflicting recipes in meta-iot-cloud should be masked out to prevent this.
