As part of the review process of the upgrade of M79  SPEC-3576 here https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/c/AGL/meta-agl-demo/+/25848 it was pointed out that the changes introduced to ensure the creation of wamdata into /lib/systemd/system/WebAppMgr@.service should properly ensure using user/group number.
