weston-simple-egl does not work on agl-image-weston

      For test purposes I want to try graphics image without any applications running.

      I flashed "agl-image-weston" but on that image weston-simple-egl shows nothing. Snippet from logs

[03:09:23.250] Removed surface 0xaaaac0ff0e10, app_id (null), role NONE

      At the same time weston-simple-egl works fine on agl-demo-platform.
