I would like the repo tool to pull down the meta layers as well as AGL developed source code. The current repo manifest only pulls down the meta layers. If I want to work on source code in /src or /staging without doing a build, I need to clone those git repositories manually.

Use case:
1) Use repo diffmanifests to determine the changes submitted between releases.
2) Determine all of the commits that went into a current release.
3) Determine all commits on master (and branches) since a given time using git log command.
