Crosssdk toolchain missing native qtwaylandscanner

      The app builds in CI use the YP cross-SDK, but for qmake kind of builds we need some native tools. One of those is qtwaylandscanner, which is a wrapper for wayland-scanner to generate specific QML/Qt bindings.

      When building the SDK we should include nativesdk-qtwayland.
