The patch 0009-perf-Make-perf-able-to-build-with-latest-libbfd.patch from meta-rcar and the patch 9999-perf-libbft-upstream.patch from meta-renesas-rcar-gen3 patch the same code.

Strangely most of the time everything is fine, the patch are done and so the kernel recipes build fine.
But time to time, the patch task failed.
