Apps test could sometime get null RID

Description

On https://build.automotivelinux.org/job/ci-apps-tbtnavi-verify-master-CIBT-x86-64/21/consoleFull

RID=null

we should a) catch invalid

and b) recover if we can or fail the test in the end

I will check job errors for some weeks to see if the problem occurs again.

I need to find a way to monitor which apps hit this problem, if only one hit vs all apps have this problem.

The fact that RID is null is normal, the process was not started.

But why a second try is always successfull ?

It is not  a timing issue, I have tried to add some sleep before without any change.

So as quick fix, alwasy try to starte it twice
