QEMU ARM 64
Description
Implement support of the xen guest build for qemuarm64 platform.
This image could be used as base for domU on arm64 on different boards.
New feature to be implemented: agl-virt-guest-xen.
If this feature is activated the kernel is built with additional XEN domU related options
