native app added. Closing time.

The last remaining thing is the recipe dependency swap between the native app and the qt one.

I have an incoming native XDG shell application, that works 1-on-1 like the Qt one. Waiting for to create a repo and to init so I can import it.
My desire would be to remove the run-by-default from the Qt version and have that for the native one, but after I submit the native one.
Like merge the current series as is, then I can submit the native one, make that run-by-default and remove the run-by-default from the Qt version.
I (still) think that (the Qt version) might be useful to people hence still keeping it, but you guys decide how you want to go about it.

I'd be okay with dropping the vaapi sink codepath for x86. As I think I mentioned in a IRC discussion at one point, that optimization was a holdover from the original scripted version of the cluster demo that it seemed potentially worthwhile to keep. As a forward looking task, it may be worthwhile to think about future scenarios where someone might want to do something similar to leverage video processing hardware features on a SoC, and how they'd make that work with the compositor.
Follow up from SPEC-3279 to investigate more about tweaked area and stacking.
