postinst 10-agl-service-homescreen.sh failed

      During the latest testing cycle on master branch agl-service-homescreen was observed to fail during first and subsequent boots.

      The result is blank home screen, interface is unresponsive and no apps shown

      Affects all boards

      -

      On boot:

      [   16.118568] run-agl-postinsts[3304]: ERROR: postinst /etc/agl-postinsts/10-agl-service-homescreen.sh failed.
