Build for RCAR ebisu failed

Description

ebisu need a require on arch-armv8a.inc to define a correct TUNE_FEATURES.

I change the gerrit fix and solve this issue by removing the tune files.

I'm using the head of AGL, so it's mean commit 5e1f52edb7a9f790fb6cb5d96502f3690267c1b1 on poky (zeus branch on yocto-3.0.2 release).

What's version do you use ? Head of master or other branches ?
I'd like to confirm which yocto version do you use.
