WAM Sliders for Wifi and Bluetooth unresponsive

      During testing cycle with agl-demo-platform-html5 on tip of icefish branch, sliders in Settings for Bluetooth and Wifi are unresponsive and their state cannot be changed with clicking or tapping, which effectively means that connectivity cannot be enabled via GUI.

      Manually enabling bluetooth or wifi via bluetoothctl/connmanctl/rfkill from CLI changes their state to enabled.
