Changing the output orientation causes client shell to stop
Description
Output orientation seems to cause invalid configure/ack_configure, the same as qtwayland panel issue.
Tested on qtwayland 5.11 on local machine, and I can re-produce the problem. Tested on a different machine but with 5.12 and I can't re-produce the problem. Also, tested locally, under x11 backend with 5.12 and I can't reproduced locally.
Currently, trying out next branch as that contains 5.13. This will probably take a while.
