license review: agl-service-iiodevices has unclear licenses (multiple)

      Asaba-san reports from scanning the AGL code for license issues:

   https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/gitweb?p=apps/agl-service-iiodevices.git
   This package includes two license files. one is an Apache-2.0 and another one is a GPL-2.0.
   But recipe declared Apache-2.0 only.
   https://download.automotivelinux.org/AGL/release/icefish/8.99.2/intel-corei7-64/deploy/licenses/agl-service-iiodevices/recipeinfo
   And almost source files (e.g. config_iiodevices.c) are not declared license.
   AGL user may be confused.
