Migrate qt-shell default platform to a more suitable recipe

Description

Currently, we use af-main to set the default platform shell for qt. This need to reside, someplace else more like homescreen or the compositor.

Moved this to qtwayland recipe instead.

Seems it is better to wait for next merging into master to update this as well, as we need to move this and also upgrade to xdg-shell stable.
