Problem with long role strings in windowmanager

    Description

      WAM on Icefish has changed the role strings and now they are longer; apparently, they are causing problems, the WindowManager SyncDraw event is never received for webapps using those long roles (see comments in SPEC-2550).

      A workaround is to trim the role field to be 12 characters long (notice: they might be longer but I haven't tested that).
