Low-can should be able to change bit_position value depending on the user describe the signal

Description

Low-can should be able to change bit_position value depending on the user describe the signal.

Some signal count bit_position from the right to left or/and swap Bytes. The binding don't handle those problems for now.

 

This is critical since signal could not be correctly decoded !
