Based on issues trying to get agl-service-can-low-level to build for halibut after updating examples/agl-vcar/signals.json and regenerating application-generated.cpp with can-config-generator, it looks like the version in halibut is out of sync, as both the halibut and master branch HEAD versions do not generate code that builds for the current halibut low-can codebase.  From some experimentation, it seems like at least commit f61a6cb needs to be backported to halibut in low-level-can-generator to yield a working version, but this should be confirmed by Arthur/Romain.
