Build issues for Raspberry Pi4 on halibut

      During the last test cycle,  I have added the raspberrypi4 platform for building.

      I am getting the following errors during the build:

      ERROR: u-boot-1_2019.07-r0 do_fetch: Fetcher failure: Unable to find revision 62b6e39a53c56a9085aeab1b47b5cc6020fcdb6f in branch ag/rpi4 even from upstream
