3.enable vcan :

4.restart dashboard
systemctl restart afm-api-low-can@0.service
systemctl restart afm-appli-dashboard--0.1–main@1001.service
5.send singal to change speed(30KM/h command
~# cansend vcan0 3E9#0F00
result:
