Workflow to update RCAR BSP to 3.21 on 

Renesas R-Car BSP v3.21.0 is ready to be merge to AGL HH

WARNING: Only  can do the step 1), without this step, step2) will always fails.

1) meta-renesas-rcar-gen3:

#cd bsp/meta-renesas-rcar-gen3

#git checkout  master

#git reset --hard sandbox/ronan/MASTER.HH_RCAR_BSP_3.21

#git push --force agl master

 2) meta-agl and AGL-repo:

3) Push Upstream tag thud-Yocto-v3.21.0:

If the upstream tag is not in agl meta-renesas-rcar-gen3 repository:

Just do:

#git checkout -b github/thud  14fe2b63e6c580bd48446317a9430e6f035a5895

#git tag thud-Yocto-v3.21.0

#git push --tags
