ondemandnavi app cannot be brought back to foreground

I noticed that that ondemandnavi application that is now the default navigation app cannot be brought back to the foreground after switching to another application.  Code inspection indicates it's missing some of the changes that were made to other applications for the switch over to the ShowWindow homescreen event.  I have a fix in hand that I'll upload.
