distro-build-manifest is contaminated by .repo folders

When creating the build manifest, the script meta-agl/scripts/distro-manifest-generator.sh enumerates the git repositories to generate "layers signature".

When doing this in the same folder where repo tool has been run, git repo inside .repo subfolder are also considered: this is an error as it leads to non constant layers signature.
