Raspberry Pi 3B/3B+ UI and weston.service failed

Board: RPI 3B/3B+

Boot method: SD card

Boot Result: successfully login to command line,  but can not display homescreen and UI.

This is resolved for now, we'll just have to be careful that another attempt to fix using the 7" DSI attached touchscreen for https://lf-automotivelinux.atlassian.net/browse/SPEC-2465#icft=SPEC-2465 does not break HDMI output.

Yes, I can confirm the gechic works.

The 7-inch touchscreen does not (netboot or sdcard).

  7.99.3  homescreen work well with me too.

So with a 3b+ here with 7.99.3, booting to homescreen works fine for me with a Gechic now.

Not before end-of-week due to travel. Let's revert the 7inch changes if that solves it for you.
