Improvement: API reference may link the 'About' pages of services

Description

A small step to improve the navigation/usability of 'API Reference' could be to link the 'about' pages of the service repositories.

Current Link (Example): https://git.automotivelinux.org/apps/agl-service-geofence/

These services were discontinued.

I updated the links that were able to be updated using "about" in the "master" branch.  Some links go to their original targets as there was no "about" content available in the repository.
