Remove temporary smack rule for pipewire

This can be closed now that SMACK is no longer used in AGL...

The "temporary smack rule" has been removed along with the app framework.

The rule is still present and still needed to make things work with SMACK.

Iirc there was an idea on how to fix pipewire's issue in SMACK (in the kernel), which we had discussed at the F2F in Berlin, however the solution that the SMACK author suggested when Jose reached out to him was neither easy nor viable (imho) for upstreaming to pipewire.

Given that AGL considers moving away from SMACK, I don't think that it makes any sense to try and solve this, so you may close the ticket if you want to... but the truth is that the issue is still present.
