[releng-scripts] --device-tags should also request the actual tag in the job

      I would have thought that --device-tags corelab will select a board with the tag 'corelab'.

       

      Instead the job template looked like:

          - test:
        timeout:
          minutes: 15
        definitions:
        - repository: https://git.automotivelinux.org/src/qa-testdefinitions
          from: git
          history: False
          path: test-suites/short-smoke/service-check.yaml
          name: service-check
          parameters:
            DEVICE_TAGS: "corelab"

       

      instead of:

      tags:
   - corelab
