Create HTML5 homescreen and launcher

Description

Create HTML5 homescreen and launcher apps that could replace the Qt-based one.

  • The launcher should be able to list installed apps and run them.

  • The homescreen should always be visible and provide a link to open the launcher.

Created a new PR for the WAM workaround, this one is meant to be merged into the icefish branch of WAM: https://github.com/webosose/wam/pull/27

The patch to hard-code certain roles has been pushed here: https://github.com/webosose/wam/pull/25

It's still to be decided if it will be merged.

: good summary! It seems to me that your approach is correct: let's hardcode things first and this will have to be revisited soon with the WIP on new windowmanager.
