agl-service-gps test binding failing

Description

If try to run agl-service-gps test bindings they fail.

Configuration file is with wrong name

ERROR: cannot-start FAIL: Failed to start application agl-service-gps-test@1.0-4b4a3cd ERROR: bad-request null

and lua tests are calling gspfake before every execution but script is missing from build.
