Choosing branch option is clearly visible on all the documentation now. However language option is no more there now.

Not sure what the normal flow is for proposing fixes. At any rate, this pull request should take care of this issue:

On any of the doc site pages that allow the user to choose the language or branch, the pick list is shown on the top right. It cannot be seen if the browser window is not wide enough.
