As a result of the work that we have been doing, there are modifications applied on top of LG WebOS that could be merged into the original codebase. Doing this integration would reduce the delta and make easier future updates of WAM. Examples of this would be the work to remove the dependency on Qt, or the integration with the new upstream Ozone/Wayland backend.
This work includes the rebase to the current latest versions available on WebOS repository.

It seems that as the requests we were doing on WAM were not going to be merged upstream for the moment, we can close the issue and consider reopening in the future.
The pull request is done over WebOS' submissions/6 not against the last version submissions/9. However commenting with @José Dapena Paz this should be fine as the idea is to evaluate each commit independently and implement the needed adaptations per commit and do not accept the bunch of changes as a whole.

@José Dapena Paz After several updates happening in the WebOS master, we have finally created the chromium68 pull request. Hopefully this is a good starting point to discuss the integration of the AGL modifications into WebOS' chromium master branch.
