Adding SMBus functions (System Management Bus Functions).It makes possible to use the device driver on both SMBus adapters and I2C adapters.

      For adding System Management Bus functions we have to change i2c-dev.h file from /usr/include/linux/i2c-dev.h and add smbus functions into that header file.
