Create Renesas E3 simulation of M3 Starter kit

Description

For Instrument Cluster profile we are targeting the E3 as a platform. Since E3 development kits are difficult to come by, we should provide a way to simulate an E3 environment using an M3 starter kit.

NOTE: Work is based on AGL Icefish 9.0.1.

Hi San,

Some work has been started and pushed into meta-agl : sandbox/pmarzin/e3-emulation.
New features and updates will be added to this sandbox later.

NOTE : Only M3 is supported actually (will support H3 and Kingfisher later).
