afb-test binding fails at init.

Recently test framework binding fails using the latest binder. Here is a trace

At runtime CFLAG _FORTIFY_SOURCE can provide false positive during its checking. Change _FORTIFY_SOURCE level to 1 to avoid wrong comportement of the package.

It seems that the error come from the packaging because using a binder built from git instead of using distro packages it works.
