      Hi ,we previously created a SPEC (SPEC-2214) to add a new screen into settings, and it needs some subsidiary apps to work with.

      So we'd like to create a new repo for these apps.

      2.Project: wanglu, aketa

      3.Project name: apps/log-utils

      4.Short project description:  Subsidiary apps for settings.
