[radio] scanning unreliable/unpredictable

      The scanning for the next station is unreliable / unpredictable on the m3+kf .

       

      (not urgent, thud first)

      Reproduce:

      • I have 2 fm transmitters right next to the board.
      • Individually I can tune to them (manual tune and preset is fine)
      • Scanning tends to just hit 93.1 and not the other channel
